Description:  This Royal octagon, neon “spinner”,  advertising clock is quite popular and looks “Deco”.  It was made by Neon Products, Inc. of Lima, Ohio, circa 1940s. Although it lights up there is no spinner effect. 6 1/4″ deep with its transformer box.
